HERE IS HOW A MONOPOLY IS ACHIEVED
The Cooking of Frogs
In 1920 there were five equal health modalities, Homeopathy,
Osteopathy, Chiropractic, Alopathic and Naturopathic. By 1924 the
new American Medical Association discredited the Homeopathic
colleges. By 1929 Osteopathy was under the medical boards and the
1930 Naturopathic Acts were needed to protect Naturopathy from the
AMA. In the 1960's, Chiropractic was then viciously and consistently
attacked by the AMA and finally submitted to licensing by the
legislature. By the 1990's Holistic Modalities were under attack by
the AMA witch hunts, but to no avail. So, by 2004, certain schools
of Naturopathy sold out to the medical boards. They allowed the term
Naturopathy to be re-defined without permission by the ANA who owned
the trademark name.
Now watch closely. The founder of Naturopathy insisted that
Medicine and Naturopathy NEVER be combined. Why? Because medicine
"treats" disease/illness and Naturopathy "builds health" with clean
air, water and food.
Now, thanks to the new "naturopathy", the legislature can re-
define terms of substances/foods through the FDA's declaratory
process of a drug if it is used to "treat" an illness. "Naturopaths"
are now "treating" illness with, you guessed it, air, water and
foods, including vitamins and herbs. Bingo! Frog cooked and served
up to a medical monopoly. See introductory paragraph.
An
international "harmonization", Codex Alimentarius, of the terms for
vitamins, herbs and other "functional foods" (yes, carrot juice may
now be called a drug if it is used to treat a condition) is
continually being developed, without congressional oversight.
The implementation of this medical monopoly is a threat to your
right to choose. This will be achieved with the North American
Union, a secret treaty, which supposedly will supersede the
Constitution. Already over two years of private corporate
negotiations with Canada and Mexico have been taking place,
without congressional oversight.

NSF is diverting public attention away from IAHF's far more

What concerns me the most is NSF's steadfast refusal to alert the
public to regional harmonization issues as our nation is being
deconstructed and forced into a North American Union patterned after
the EU dictatorship.
The sky is not going to fall come May 1 if
people don't send comments to FDA on this. FDA has engaged in many
guidance actions like this in the past and they never make the sort
of sudden move that NSF alleges they will make. Moreover, they have
a long history of ignoring any public comments that don't
jive with their agenda, I've seen that many times. They do not have
the ability to unilaterally ignore an act of congress (DSHEA) as NSF
alleges. NSF is just using this to whip people into a frenzy by
engaging in rampant sensationalism in order to make themselves the
center of attention in order to build a bigger email list, the
better to sabotage IAHF and allied groups with.
If FDA's call for comments were to result in a bad bill being
introduced, which could happen in the future, I'd be the first one
to call attention to it, but only after assessing its relative
threat against all other threats on the horizon per a triage
assessment given all that's coming at us right now.

A few people on the IAHF list have forwarded an alert to us that
originated from a controlled opposition group called the "Natural
Solutions Foundation". Since entering our movement, this dubious
organization has been actively interfering with the work of IAHF and
allied organizations via a campaign of disinformation and spin
intended to distract dietary supplement consumers from the REAL
issues in an attempt to subvert and hijack our movement by steering

Their recent campaign calls attention to an FDA Federal Register
Notice (

they outrageously assert threatens to block non MDs from
recommending dietary supplements to patients is no exception.
They would have us believe that unless we flood the FDA with
their form comment, that the FDA is going to suddenly start
attacking any non MD (chiropractor, ND, etc) who recommends dietary
supplements to a patient.
NSFs assertions are both false and absurd. They would have us
believe that FDA has the ability to rewrite the law. FDA can't do
that, only Congress can. They would have us believe that through a
Federal Register notice, FDA has the ability to make changes to the
Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act of 1994 under which
dietary supplements are regulated as foods. They would have us
believe that based on what FDA is saying, that unless FDA hears from
a lot of people, non MDs (naturopaths, chiropractors) will suddenly
not be allowed to recommend dietary supplements to patients and that
health food stores would no longer be allowed to sell them to us.
That is both false and absurd! (as long as they are not used to
"treat" disease/illness. SD )This is the worst form of
sensationalism and it has NO PLACE in this movement!
WHAT NSF IS TRYING TO DISTRACT YOU FROM
It should be self evident that unless we are able to stop our
country from being forced into the North American Union, that
failure to defend our sovereignty equals failure to defend the
Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act and all of our other
laws as well as our Constitution.
Laibow/Stubblebine aren't doing a damn thing to call attention to
this, moreover, when our movement attempted to kill CAFTA,
(recognizing that the SPS language it contains ropes us more into
CODEX) Laibow/Stubblebine generated no less than SEVEN spin pieces
against our message while SIMULTANEOUSLY telling people that they'd
just achieved a (non existent) "VICTORY" at Codex.

Am I the only guy in this country who's fed up with what's
happening? Where the hell is our outrage? We should be screaming
bloody murder. We've got a gang of clueless bozos steering our
ship of state right over a cliff, we've got corporate gangsters
stealing us blind, and we can't even clean up after a hurricane
much less build a hybrid car. But instead of getting mad, everyone
sits around and nods their heads when the politicians say, "Stay
the course." Stay the course? You've got to be kidding. This is
America, not the damned Titanic. I'll give you a sound bite: Throw
the bums out! You might think I'm getting senile, that I've gone
off my rocker, and maybe I have. But someone has to speak up. I
hardly recognize this country anymore.
The President of the United States is given a free pass to ignore
the Constitution, tap our phones, and lead us to war on a pack of
lies.
Congress responds to record deficits by passing a huge tax cut for
the wealthy (thanks, but I don't need it).
The most famous business leaders are not the innovators but the
guys in handcuffs.
While we're fiddling in Iraq, the Middle East is burning and
nobody seems to know what to do.
And the press is waving pom-poms instead of asking hard questions.
That's not the promise of America my parents and yours traveled
